My Top 3 Podcasts For Weekly Fuel- The Ultimate Secret To Training Your Mind Like A Warrior, Entrepreneur, and Grit
Whatever you are putting in your mind is what you will become. Thought is the first part of all creation and if purposeful action is taken, you can create what it is you want in life.
I take my “mental fuel” more seriously than any other fuel in my life. This starts by first choosing who I want to allow to impact this. Choosing my virtual mentors is one of the most important decisions I make…and if you plan on constantly growing and creating what you want in life…then you must as well.
Here are the top 3 podcasts that I’m listening to right now and I highly recommend:
The Tim Ferriss Show: I met Tim a few years ago while with a small group of entrepreneurs. He’s a great guy and “thinks” very differently most people. His books, 4 hour work week and 4 hour chef are both worth picking up.
Tim’s most recent interviews that I have enjoyed immensely are:
Sealfit ~ Mark Divine: If you are looking to hear advice from a guy who is a living example of a full 360 degree system, then Mark is one to listen to. After getting a high paying job as a CPA just after college, he found himself trapped in a world that didn’t fit who he was truly meant to be. Mark left his career and entered the Seals with everyone around him shaking their heads. Since then, he created two of my favorite programs SealFit and Unbeatable Mind Academy. I can talk all day about him, but here are a couple of Podcasts I recommend: Click Here to See All Mark’s Podcasts
A Personal Ethos- Captain Bob Schoultz: Captain Bob Schoultz and Commander Mark Divine discuss changing ETHOS, creating your personal ETHOS, and forging elite leadership through the 21st century.
Ben Greenfield: Only The Strong Survive: Ready to reach ‘superhuman’ levels of performance? Listen to Commander Mark Divine chat with reknown ironman, fitness guru and biohacker Ben Greenfield, as they discuss training, 20X performance, mental toughness, the world’s toughest…
Youtube Video: Emotional Resiliency & Mental Toughness
Joe DeSena, From Spartan Up: Joe is a real deal bad ass. He wrote an absolutely fantastic book called; “Spartan the F&*K Up!” This book tells Joe’s story of starting the first Death Race, where people would compete until the last person dropped (Or something crazy like that). Now has tranformed into Spartan Race -one of the fastest growing sports of Obstacle Racing.
It’s good…very good. If you want to see inside the mind of a man who loves the idea of forging grit, never giving up, and identifying the patterns of excellence, then you’ll love Joe’s podcasts. He interviews a different person every week…so it’s great fuel for the soul.
